Cheese & Co delivers Sydney-wide!
- Delivery Fees
- Free delivery within a 13 km radius of our base.
- $15 flat delivery fee applies to addresses beyond 13 km.
- Fee will be automatically calculated upon checkout
- Delivery Days & Times
- We deliver 7 days a week!
- Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- While we aim to deliver within your preferred timeframe, exact times cannot be guaranteed due to route planning and traffic conditions.
- Special Instructions
You may leave delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., leave at front door, call on arrival). Cheese & Co will do our best to follow them, but cannot guarantee compliance in all cases (e.g., building restrictions).
- Incorrect Delivery Information
It is the Customers responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.
- Orders sent to incorrect addresses are non-refundable.
- If a correction is possible before dispatch, well do our best to accommodate.
- Delays or Disruptions
Unexpected events such as severe weather, traffic accidents, or road closures may delay delivery. Cheese & Co is not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, but we’ll keep you informed and aim to resolve any issues quickly.
