1. Orders & Payments

• Full payment is required upfront to confirm all orders.
• Orders must be placed at least 48 hours before delivery.
• Rush orders may be accepted at our discretion and may incur an additional fee.

2. Delivery

• We deliver Sydney-wide.
• Free delivery within 13 km.
• $15 delivery fee applies for addresses beyond 13 km.
• You will receive a delivery window, but exact times are not guaranteed.
• If no one is available to receive the order or address details are incorrect, a re-delivery fee will apply or the order may be forfeited without refund.

3. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

• Customers must notify us of any allergies or dietary needs at the time of ordering.
