Cheese & Co provides freshly prepared, made-to-order grazing boxes. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific conditions under which refunds or returns will be granted. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect choice, or failure to read the product description.
As our products contain fresh and perishable ingredients, once delivered or collected, they cannot be returned. We recommend someone is present to receive the order and store it properly (refrigerate if not consumed within 4 hours).
Refunds will only be provided if cancellations are made prior to 48 hours to delivery. This will be refunded to the original payment method.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us immediately. If we fail to deliver your confirmed order due to our error, a full refund or credit for a future order will be
offered.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total order’s amount will apply should you cancel 48 hours prior toelivery. This is due to product sourcing and preparation prior to delivery.
7. Delivery address
No refund or replacement will be issued if an incorrect address is provided. It is your duty to provide the correct address for delivery. If the address is, for whatever reason incorrect, the order will be sent back to Cheese and Co and therefore will no longer available for re-delivery as the product will no longer be fresh.
